My name is Carissa Wecker. I was born April 19, 2003 in Littleton, CO. The hospital was not yet built in parker so my parents had to take me someplace else but three days later I was in my hometown of Parker where I have grown and developed over the past 17 years. I went to elementary school right up the street from my house and I still have two younger brothers attending. I have another younger brother who will be a freshman next school year and has decided to come to CECP with me. I didn’t start at CECP, I went to Ponderosa High School for my freshman and sophomore years. While at Ponderosa, I joined the cheer team that I am apart of to this day. Through cheer I have won many team and individual awards to show off all the hard work that my team and I have put in as athletes and as a family. My parents raised me to be headstrong and family oriented so that I can be someone people can look to in times of need. I strongly believe that nothing can be achieved without fairness, freedom, and community.

Hi, my name is Elijah Smith and I am the press manager for the Ben Weeks 2020 campaign. I grew up in Elizabeth Colorado and was raised on conservative ideals. I went to high school at CEC parker which allowed me to surpass my peers in education. After graduating I went to Harvard University and pursued a masters in political science. I decided to except the job of becoming Weekes’s press manager because I feel the nation has swayed from the constitution and the bill of rights and need to return to the ideals of the founding fathers. My main goal in this campaign is to bring back the values that this country was founded upon. I believe that the governments focus should be on preserving the rights of the people.
